If you are experience issues with any NEOK app or services:
1. Power Cycle
Power cycling a device is the process of turning it off and then turning it back on again. This can be done to computers, modems, or other electronic equipment to correct a frozen, hung, or otherwise malfunctioning device.
1 To power cycle a device, follow these steps: turn off and/or unplug the device, wait at least 2 -5 mins, plug in the device and/or turn it back on.
If problem persist :
Go into setting and Clear app cache, if this does not help uninstall the app and reinstall it.
